Application

JBC series puncture clamp is suitable for connecting main line among low voltage insulation circuits, and the branch connecting of copper-Aluminum conductor, different dia. conductor and equant conductor, as well we the cable branch connection for high-rise.  The effect is more ideal. With special connecting teeth clamp guarantees best conatcting surface, also applying copper-aluminum adapter connection. Insualtion case extremely seals and covers on insulation wire, it takes effect on water-proof.

Product Structure and Performance

     Special molecule material made fully insulated shell, the insulating strength highly up to 2.5KV. The insulating shell infiltrates the fiberglass to enhance body strength. Adopting Zn plated copper alloy contact blade, with small electric contact resistance and applicable to copper(aluminum) connection and copper-aluminum transition. Purpose made moment bolt ensures balanced puncture pressure and well electric contact.

      The extension insulating condutor has seal structure, waterproof, corrosion resistance and the clamp has long service life. Waterproof seal adopts high quality rubber band and silicagel. Inslot blade is coated by antioxidant, which can forever prevent surface oxidation and surface deterioration caused by other corrosion. With simple installation, no need to peel the insulating layer. Applicable to the connection of different dia. Conductor and equant conductor. With clear sign in applicable range.
